In 2012, Nicola developed a passion for economic development and environmental justice as the Director of Strategy and Development for the Institute for Local Self-Reliance. She currently lives in Lewiston, Maine – her heart’s home.
Approach to Coaching: I provide a productive space for individuals and organizations to explore their toughest questions and uncover their own wisdom in answering them. In doing so they have the resourcefulness to apply learnings outside of our coaching relationship to meet a diverse set of challenges.
