Where We Fund
All AAPI Fund grantees are part of the Shared Liberation Network, a grantee network that facilitates learning and exchanges to deepen relationships, build skills, and explore shared strategies. First conceived during the 2021 pandemic, this formation has and will continue to evolve to maximize its potential and impact.
- Asian Americans Advancing Justice | Chicago: organize education equity campaigns in the Midwest
- Demo Lab South: convene AAPI groups in the South
- Nikkei Progressives: galvanize Japanese American and AAPI in support of reparations movement for African Americans
- Southeast Asian Freedom Network: increase education of AAPIs on the refugee experience and issues impacting Southeast Asians
- Muslims for Just Futures: convene and create alliances with Black, Arab, Middle East, Muslim, and South Asian communities
- United Territories of Pacific Islanders Alliance Washington: convene Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander community groups nationally
UPBUILD AAPI grants provide significant support to high-capacity AAPI organizations who are anchors in their community.
